We do not allow returns or refunds for any transaction, whether online or in person. What we do offer is friendly customer service and a desire for customer satisfaction, so we are always willing to give you store credit or assist you in navigating an exchange so that you end up 100% satisfied with your purchases!
Yes! Things are pretty hectic these days and sometimes we end up listed as closed when we are not, but rest assured that we are open and serving customers from 12-8pm, 7 days a week!
We are trying to do our best to provide a safe and sanitary shopping experience for all of our clients. In doing so, we have had to limit the max occupancy in store at 3 customers at a time. Everyone is required to wear a mask and sanitize their hands when they walk in. We appreciate how much the community has supported us through these times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may pose.

Simply put, your ticket purchase ensures that you can join the live class or catch up on it at a later date. What it does not cover is owning the intellectual property of the instructor outright. That would cost significantly more and we want all of our programming to be accessible for the community at large.
All of the recordings are made accessible through Zoom’s Cloud storage and it poses a significant cost to hold all of the class recordings there when you have a class or workshop occurring every day of the week. So we are happy to make available the recordings for 30 days after each event, after which it is deleted in order to make room for the recordings of the following month.
Unfortunately that is not a possibility at this time but we are most certainly looking at creating on demand programming in the future so keep an eye out and stay tuned for further developments!
According to New York State law, we have to advise you that all of our services are solely for the purpose of entertainment, nothing more. What you take away from them is solely up to you, so take a second and read some of the reviews from other clients!

Of course not. What we can guarantee is that you will meet with someone who has made this their life’s work on some level and that they come from years and years of experience during which time many of these workings have been successful. You’re paying for guidance from an expert on how to magically address your problem and that is what you will get. What we can not guarantee is that any of a limitless number of variables will not hinder the success of your spell.
First, far too many charlatans and con-artists prey on people online with this sort of service (which is why whether or not it is even legal to cast spells for money is still in question) and we want to stay as ethically above board as possible. Second, we don’t believe there is any difference in the ability to cast a spell from person to person. We believe this is the best possible arrangement given that we have the expertise but you have the desire to see your situation remedied, so if we offer you the expertise then there is no reason you shouldn’t have just as much success.
We would advise that you purchase a gift card, offered in our store, for the amount of the reading you’d like to get them so that they will have the freedom to choose the diviner they feel the most drawn to and so that we can ensure that their schedule aligns and that the information requested when booking, which is used to generate reports in some cases, is 100% accurate.
